As a business that thrives on those with mental illness, there is not ethical line it wouldn’t cross to profit off those. This business is a scam. Whoever calls to “follow up” with you after your first appointment pressures you into leaving a good review. At first I thought I had a good experience enough with the provider to let that go but once I required support for a work accommodation that’s when I saw the real catch of it all. They require fees for anything and make it so your insurance doesn’t cover and they can profit off your wallet! They mentioned no fees the first time I asked, or the second when I spoke to the provided but the third time they make it seem like it’s always been a thing. Imagine a doctor charging you for a note? There is no line of ethic here! Shame on you

It was my first time with my new psychiatrist. We were suppose to be in person but due to an emergency on her end we did a Telehealth appt. She was very thorough and asked lots of questions. I felt heard and encouraged after my appt.

I've been coming here for about 2 years and right away they diagnosed me and prescribed medication for my condition. My condition has improved since as long as I keep taking the medication. I do enjoy my sessions, so far everyone I met has been pretty cool and down to earth.

I’ve been with Renewed mental health for many years as well as my two daughters.
They have help us with depression anxiety ,ADHD, and bipolar .As a single mom I want the best for my children as well as myself.My current therapist Lucile Hernandez .She has a comforting first impression.We seem to click she is also
Accommodating to my schedule.She seems to be a great listener.We already have a plan that I am comfortable with.
Shortly after my new therapist I received a call from the reputation office management that has followed up with me to make sure it was a smooth transition.Also mentioned if I feel uncomfortable with anyone at this mental
Health treatment.She would find a better fit. W/out Renewed mental health that I found through my insuranceI would be lost. I would give them 5 stars thank you again.
