Chastity Baeder

Chastity is passionate about creating a therapeutic space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported as they navigate life’s challenges. Her own experiences with mental health and therapy played an important role in her decision to become a therapist and shaped her belief in the power of a compassionate, supportive therapeutic relationship. She strives to meet each client where they are and walk alongside them as they work toward healing, growth, and greater understanding of themselves. Chastity earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Biola University and her Master of Social Work from California State University, Long Beach.

Chastity’s clinical experience includes providing individual, family, and group counseling to clients across the lifespan at a community resource center, as well as working with children and families experiencing crisis through Orange County Children and Family Services. She also has experience as a house manager in sober living environments, which deepened her understanding of substance use and recovery. She holds a California State Domestic Violence Counselor Certificate.

Chastity works with individuals navigating mental health concerns, substance use and recovery, family and relationship challenges, crisis, disordered eating, and life transitions. Her approach is person-centered and collaborative, with an emphasis on understanding each client within the context of their experiences, relationships, and environment. She strives to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to recognize their strengths, develop insight, and work toward meaningful change.

Outside of her work, Chastity enjoys baking, exploring new foods and coffee shops, spending time by the ocean, and finding new places to explore with family and friends.
