Cyrine Phan-Madrona

Cyrine Phan-Madrona, PMHNP-BC is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a passion for supporting children, adolescents, and adults through life’s emotional challenges. She specializes in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and women’s mental health. Cyrine brings deep compassion and clinical insight to her work, with a special interest in pediatric and adolescent mental health.

She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Azusa Pacific University and holds additional certification as a Pediatric Nurse. Her clinical background includes over three years of psychiatric nursing experience, where she has provided care across diverse age groups and settings.

Cyrine takes a holistic and collaborative approach to treatment. She believes in working alongside each patient to create a personalized care plan that reflects their needs, values, and goals. Her focus is on providing a supportive, judgment-free environment where individuals feel empowered and understood throughout their mental health journey.

Outside of her clinical work, Cyrine enjoys event planning, listening to audiobooks, and spending time in nature, where she finds peace and inspiration.
