Earlier in her career, Erika worked as a Residential Supervisor at a trauma-informed group home and as a Lead Behavioral Therapist/Family Behavioral Trainer supporting individuals with autism and intellectual disabilities. These roles allowed her to develop deep expertise in applied behavioral analysis, humanistic psychology, and family support, while working closely with youth, families, and adults in recovery.
Erika is passionate about empowering individuals to take on meaningful roles within their communities. Her professional interests include trauma-informed care, crisis response, and the development of innovative behavioral health programs. Outside of work, Erika enjoys going to concerts—especially BTS—attending Dodgers games, hiking, going to the beach, and trying new coffee shops to help maintain her own well-being and balance.
