About Heather Egenberger

Heather Egenberger is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton in 2020, and earned her master’s degree in Marriage, Couples, and Family Therapy from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2025.

Heather is passionate about working with adult individuals and with couples who are looking for support as they navigate life’s challenges. Whether it’s anxiety, low self-worth, past trauma, life transitions, or relationship struggles, Heather is here to walk alongside her clients with empathy and care. She believes in creating strong, meaningful connections and offers a safe, supportive space for clients to feel seen, heard, and empowered in their healing journey.

At the heart of Heather’s work is the belief that the therapeutic relationship is a key part of the healing process. She uses a warm, collaborative approach to help clients build emotional resilience, improve their relationships, and reconnect with themselves. Her style is rooted in Structural Family Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy. While also pulling interventions from Person-Centered Therapy and Gottman Couples Therapy, she always tailors her work to fit each client’s unique needs and goals.

Outside of the therapy room, Heather loves being outdoors, especially paddleboarding on sunny days. She’s always up for trying new restaurants and coffee shops, and she has huge love for traveling around the world. In her free time, she enjoys relaxing with her family and their two very spoiled dogs!
