Marie Earvolino-Ramirez, PhD, is a double board-certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in psychiatric mental health. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based, patient-centered care that empowers individuals to achieve lasting mental wellness.

Marie earned a PhD from the University of Texas at Austin, a Master’s Degree from UCLA, and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Massachusetts. Her Post-Master’s Certificate as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner is from Johns Hopkins University. She also completed a Clinical Leadership Fellowship through the California Health Care Foundation and UCSF.

Marie’s experience spans more than 20 years in healthcare, combining wellness medicine with expertise in assessing, diagnosing, and treating mental health conditions. Her areas of focus include depression, anxiety, mood disorders, particularly in young adults, PTSD, ADHD, and helping women thrive during mid-life, whether they are struggling with their own mental health or the mental health of their loved ones.

Known for her warm, collaborative approach, Marie believes that effective mental health treatment begins with listening. She partners with each patient to develop individualized treatment plans that include medication management, psychoeducation, and lifestyle strategies designed to support long-term emotional well-being. Her goal is to create a welcoming, judgment-free environment where patients feel heard, respected, and supported throughout their mental health journey.

In her spare time, Marie enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, exercising, reading, home improvement projects, and exploring coastal California.
