Rusty Razon

Rusty Razon, MSN, RN, PHN, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner serving patients across Orange County, California. With clinical experience spanning behavioral health, correctional psychiatry, crisis stabilization, and general medical care, Rusty brings a well-rounded, trauma-informed perspective to mental health treatment.

He earned his Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University and his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from West Coast University. His treatment style combines psychopharmacology, therapeutic communication, and integrative care tailored to each individual’s needs.

Rusty is known for his approachable nature and deep empathy. He creates a safe, judgment-free space where patients feel genuinely heard and supported. He believes healing begins with connection and is passionate about walking alongside individuals as they work toward mental wellness and emotional balance. His professional background includes working in acute psychiatric hospitals, correctional health systems, and medical-surgical units, equipping him with the skills to address complex psychiatric and medical needs with calm and confidence.

Outside of clinical work, Rusty leads a life grounded in wellness and purpose. He enjoys early morning runs, boxing, spiritual reflection, and quality time with his wife. A devoted Christian and father, Rusty believes in caring for the whole person, mind, body, and spirit.
